Our website has an automated order processing system for deliveries to the UK mainland. For tracked international shipping please contact our studio as detailed above.
This is a summary of our delivery guidelines.
Delivery - what to expect
We try to pack and process all orders within two days of receipt. Please note this is an estimate only and depends on our studio workload at the time.
For standard UK mainland delivery your order will then be delivered by RoyalMail 48.
So you should expect your order to arrive within 5 working days of placing the order.
Standard UK mainland delivery charges
We charge £5 per order for delivery.
The service we use is fully trackable. Royal Mail count Monday – Friday as standard working days (except Bank Holidays). Please understand that once your order has left our studio we are at the mercy of the postal service.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you’ll be notified via email as well as receiving a text message and/or email from the carrier with your tracking details.
If you are not going to be in, please allocate a safe place or, if you have no safe place available, the item will be returned to the depot and you can collect at your convenience within the time specified by the carrier.
Please double check your address details and delivery instructions when you place the order. We will of course offer a refund or re-arrange delivery if the order is to returned to us by the carrier as “uncollected”, but we will need to deduct postage costs from your order payment, even if postage was not itemised for the original delivery.
When your order arrives
Please open the order when you get it, even if it’s a gift for someone else, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Damaged or faulty items
We pack your chosen items with love and care. However, no-one is perfect and if your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with the condition, just contact us as soon possible (ideally straight away, but definitely within 14 days) by calling 01538 371471 or emailing us at info@bromleyandbromley.com.
Sending a picture of the issue as well, will help.
Returns and exchanges
Please do not return any item without first communicating with us so that we can confirm the process. Our returns address is the same as our studio address: Bromley&Bromley c/o Scabetti, St George’s Works, 44 Britannia Street, Leek, Staffordshire. ST13 5EL.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, (basically so that we can re-sell it). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will then be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. If you receive a refund, we will deduct the original cost of shipping.
We recommend you use an insured, trackable shipping service to return your item and give us the tracking number so that, together, we can monitor its arrival. We do not take responsibility for anything that arrives with us broken.
